Our guarantee

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

How to return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will send return instructions. Items should be unused or in like-new condition where reasonably possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Email [email protected] as soon as possible.

Your right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) you can withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email at [email protected], return the item within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you sent it.

Faulty items

You have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years for goods that are faulty or not as described. Contact us for a repair, replacement or refund.
